The quality and range of colours of Sunspel's tshirts is excellent. The price is quite high, but they are good value for money. Delivery for onlione orders is quick and efficient.

Unfortunately, at the moment our website does only allow for orders to be processed for delivery in the same country as it has been ordered from. However if you contact us over the phone we can always look at processing the order for you, so i apologise if this was not the case when you did contact us. Surely, if you are advertising globally and include a long list of countries on your website, you should have warned international customers on the site that there it's impossible to use one address for UK delivery and another for payment from elsewhere, and offered a solution.
I love your products, and gave you glowing feedback to your recent customer survey. But when I then tried to redeem the 20% reward voucher and buy two sweaters, I went in circles on your mad system. I tried for at least 45 minutes to complete the order, then waited till the next day to phone your customer centre--and spent another 32 minutes on an international call. Your agent was extremely charming and helpful, but that didn't lessen my frustration. I can't be the only customer to have had this experience, so you need to fix it fast or severely damage your reputation and hurt your sales.

It is nice that they ship fast, but their customer assistance got back to me after the product has been despatched which was too late for me to change anything.
