Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our current returns policy. Sadly, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, however this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the future. Quality, quality, quality!!
Interesting I can buy the same t-shirts on eBay (from Portugal) for half the price. Needs investigating in view of where they are made😉

Thank you for your review. In regards to the eBay products sadly, we aren't able to control what is sold on their site but we have found that some products shown as Sunspel aren't genuine, so we would always advise customers to buy from us direct if they would like to ensure they are purchasing a genuine Sunspel garment. Although some of our items are manufactured in Portugal, this doesn't compromise on the quality. All the factories we use work to the same high standard as our own here in the UK and we still do all of the quality control checks here in England. If you would like any further information on the way our garments are manufactured please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@sunspel.com
