Very good service but the quality IS disappointing

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase, we are always grateful to hear from happy customers. I'm sorry that you didn't feel our returns information was clear, however we do have our full returns policy on the website, which does state postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we do hope to provide a free returns service in the future.

Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to review your recent Sunspel purchase, we are always grateful to hear from happy customers. Unfortunately, we are not able to post any international orders without a price list of the goods included, as customs need this information or your parcel will not pass through, thus resulting in the order being returned back to us. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. I hope you continue to enjoy shopping with us.
Would have ordinarily exchanged for a size larger but would have cost $200 to ship back. Need a better return policy for US customers.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our current returns policy. However we do have a US warehouse located in Georgia for you to return your goods and that will help reduce your return costs. Sadly, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, although this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the future. They were very quick in processing the order and knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and buy from them in the future.

It is only possible to get the discount online so I had to purchase in the store using a computer!! Absurd. it would also have been better to have my question of when the sale was starting answered...
