Unfortunately we are unable to reserve or hold items for customers that would like an an exchange, so if the item is sold out at the time for your return being processed then a refund will be issued instead. We would never want our customers to feel stuck with a product they aren't happy with. The feedback we receive from our customers whether it is a positive or negative. As it is very important to us that the quality and standard of our products are constantly high for our customers. We do send every information on to our production team so we can keep on improving and keeping the standard and quality constant for all of our customers, current and for in the future. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our current returns policy. Sadly, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, however this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the future.We will take your email into account and hope to improve on our reply to our customers more promptly. Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order with us. I'm sorry that you felt there was too much plastic in the packaging of your order, we have started to make changes to reduce our packaging. However we do keep the garments within a plastic bag to help protect them in transit, in case the outer box became damp at all. I'm sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the items that you purchased, we would never want our customers to feel stuck with a product they don't feel 100% happy with so if you would like to contact us on customerservice@sunspel.com we will be happy to look at processing an exchange or refund for you.

However we do keep the garments within a plastic bag to help protect it, in case the outer box became damp at all. The tissue is a signature detail that we like to include to help give the arrival of your order a more luxurious feel, however I have passed your comments onto our production team to review.
