Hello, thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience when ordering with us online. We always try to ensure our orders are processed promptly but we do sometimes have checks in place that can delay this. However, we always try our best to resolve these with our customers as quickly as possible, but I apologise if this wasn't the case with your order. We don't currently have a return booked in for you, so if you would like to contact the customer service team with your tracking information we will be happy to monitor this for you and ensure a refund is processed when possible. Unfortunately, we don't currently have a free returns service but this is something we are reviewing and will be able to provide in the near future. We'd really love the chance to change you opinion towards us, so if you would ever like to order with us again please contact us first and we will ensure the process of your order is quick and efficient.

Kate,
Thanks, for your very individual and personalized answer!
As stated before, it stays a poor and ridiculous service, by far not matching the pretended quality and projected product expectations. Sunspel is my worst e-shopping experience over the last years.
Returns: Strange, as my track notification indicates, that return entered your facility already on early Monday morning...
Let’s wait, how long you try to hold my money, I wouldn’t wonder, if everything will take longer!
Please, don’t ever contact me again, besides returning my money.
