Your refund has now been processed and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not send out confirmation emails to customers to say we have received your goods. Alternatively we send an email out to all of our customers when your refund has been processed, within a suitable time limit. Returning an item is very expensive. At $75 to mail a sweatshirt back that was too small, I am prevented from using your online store.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our current returns policy. Sadly, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, however this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the near future. However, in the meantime we do have a warehouse located in the U.S to help make any American returns much cheaper. What you may do in the future is of little value to me. I really don’t understand your answer. If you have an undisclosed location in the US. Why was I instructed to use the UK address? This does not reflect well on your understanding of customers concerns. When would it ever make sense for me to spend extra to ship to the UK.
