Hello Henry. Thanks for your feedback - in answer to your comments:

We provide full and detailed information regarding where the airport reps will be, and also where the pick-up in resort will be. We cannot physically ensure that you read this information though.

Timings presented on the website are on a timetable, but changes do need to be made on occasion by our local partners. We ensure that customers are both emailed and SMS / texted this information to avoid any confusion.

The price of £80 per person for the return journey from Geneva is actually one of the most affordable prices you can get - certainly more keenly priced than our most similar competitors.

Pretty good

Very hard to locate the bus in the pick up area at VT. No sign on the bus whatsoever said Snowbus so had to go around queueing up asking each individual driver?

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you had an issue finding the bus in resort - the travel information included with your booking confirmation does detail exactly where the bus will be, and that it will be operated by our partners - so won't feature a Snowbus sign.
