If I had to make a decision based on this trip alone, I wouldn't recommend Riviera, because the itinerary made it a more tiring and less enjoyable trip than it could have been, and these problems...

We might consider one of your river cruises. But in terms of coach tours, we would have to be assured that there would be a better balance between time spent on the bus and time visiting attractions.

Nothing to deduct from a 10. Obviously a very experienced travel company, and we were in very safe and expert hands in the form of tour manager Debbie.
