I found this insurance easy to set up and considerably cheaper than the car hire company offer. However as I didn't have to make a claim I cannot be sure if it's Excellent.

Excellent site, cheaper than what Hire car companies charge. Fortunately I have not had to claim, therefore am not aware as to whether the claiming process is stress free.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Car Hire Excess Insurance and our customer service following your receipt of a refund. Whilst it is in the Policy Wording and was on the website, we have made a couple of changes to make things even clearer. Apart from the US and Canada, CDW is usually included by the car hire company. Our cover of £7,000 protects the excess (the excess on CDW when CDW is included) on car hire agreements outside of the US and Canada. When hiring in the US and Canada you need to select the 'UK, Europe and Worldwide, including USA and Canada' option, after which you will be given the Option to take out our cover exclusively for the US and Canada which covers CDW up to USD $100,000 and covers the excess on the CDW up to £7,000.
