Nothing wrong at all with the insurance, but when we arrived at our car hire…
Nothing wrong at all with the insurance, but when we arrived at our car hire pick-up we were totally covered for all excesses, so in essence we didn't need this. We should have checked first.

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review of our car hire excess insurance. It is unusual to be excess free and we would have expected this to be in your booking documents. We agree, the car hire companies often have a low 'headline rate' for hiring a car and then make more money at the collection desk on the excess waiver.
