Hit and miss with customer services
Two of the people I spoke to on the phone were amazing. One of the people I spoke to was incredibly rude - I almost didn’t make the booking

Rebooked to go back to Vounaki Beach
Very easy to book online as well as phone up to book if have any difficulties with website and taking payment . Neilson booking staff are very knowledgeable

So good that after two Days we booked to visit again.
Great service all round from bar staff, restaurant staff, coaches, all fantastic. Loved it so much that after two Days we booked another trip in October.

Why are there so few flights from Scotland?
I booked our holiday using the Neilson website. I wanted to be able to fly directly from a Scottish airport to one of the Neilson resorts in the Med. I discovered there was only one resort (Croatia)...

First experience- good
Fairly easy to book , done confusion as to whether your taken my payment. Your site said it had errored but then I got email confirmation through to say it was booked

Sorted two week booking when one wasn’t available
Grace Allen sorted a two week booking from Manchester that previously wasn’t available. Great customer service. Very efficient.
