A great company to book a holiday with.
Customer service was very concise in their communication and the representative was very competent, engaging and professional at all times. I would highly recommend booking a holiday with Neilson.

Hit and miss with customer services
Two of the people I spoke to on the phone were amazing. One of the people I spoke to was incredibly rude - I almost didn’t make the booking
