The dress arrived in a terrible state in a small plastic bag about 9 ins square i never even bothered to try it on I have had lots of things from Mint Velvet but this has really put me off **

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your dress arrived in a less than perfect condition in a small bag. This is absolutely not how we expect any of our parcels to be sent so please be assured that this has been reported to our Warehouse Manager to look into further with the operative that packed your order.
I can see that you have now received a full refund, however I would like to reassure you that this is certainly not our usual level of service and I really do hope that you can enjoy shopping with us again in the future.
