The parcel came next day as requested. Packed well and you actually put returns labels in. It’s a pain when you have to start trying to print labels but I didn’t have to return as top was beautiful.
Product very good but communication could have been better
The only (minor) problem I had is that I was not contacted to the say the trousers had arrived in the shop and were ready to be collected. I had to telephone the shop to ask.

We do offer a free next working day click & collect service and you should be sent a text notification as soon as your parcel arrives, so please accept my apologies this was not the case and I will certainly pass on your comments.

I usually buy from the Beverley Shop but on this occasion bought two tops on-line. I didn't like one so took it back to the store. There was no problem it was done quickly and efficiently.
The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They are prepared to offer valuable advice on styles and fits. Love the whole experience
