Damaged products twice now, nothing wrong with product but damaged twice you might need to rethink packaging try a different service in delivering goods.

Apologies to hear this. Only a very small percentage of parcels have a courier defect including being damaged or lost. We are pleased to see this particular case has been resolved with our customer service team and a solution was found :-) All customers are given a range of options to resolve in this situation.

In your confirmation email you will find your tracking number which shows a proof of postage and gps drop location for your parcel. You will need to input your postcode to access this.
