For me, the delivery of the pre-course material (which is ESSENTIAL to be read BEFORE the course) was poorly managed and others on the course were likewise affected. I only received the course manual...

However, I can see on our system that you only purchased a 6-month PRINCE2 Foundation e-learning licence, the terms of which, were clearly stated in your purchase confirmation email. You did not purchase an exam with your e-learning licence, if you had done, this would have been an additional cost. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the cost of exams, as these are set by the accreditation body and the examination institute.

Highly recommended

Quick, efficient, good communication, helpfull. I tought it would be a great ordeal to get the transfer done, but it was thanks to ILX a walk in the parc.
