We’re sorry to hear that you found the course disappointing and that the learning experience didn’t work for you. We know how important it is for eLearning to make complex material clear and engaging. Our PRINCE2 courses are accredited by PeopleCert, the owner of PRINCE2, and are designed to cover the syllabus and knowledge learners need to prepare for the relevant certification exams. This does mean learning some of the specific terminology, principles and concepts used within the PRINCE2 methodology, but we appreciate that the way people prefer to learn and engage with this material can vary considerably. We regularly receive positive feedback from learners about the quality of our eLearning, including through Feefo and Trustpilot, but we also recognise that eLearning isn’t the right format for everyone. That’s why we offer PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation through live virtual and face-to-face classroom training as well as eLearning, giving learners the option to choose the learning environment that works best for them. As part of your eLearning package, tutor support was also available if you were struggling with any of the course material or wanted to discuss any of the concepts in more detail. We would have been very happy to arrange this for you. We’re genuinely sorry that the course didn’t meet your expectations and that you ultimately decided not to complete it.
