We’re very sorry that your MoP course was cancelled so soon after you paid for it, but unfortunately our online booking system uses automated processes, and so something like this will happen on occasion. And, like all training companies that run a public schedule of events, we do sometimes have to cancel courses if we don’t have the required number of delegates, but it’s always something we do as a last possible resort.
