Recommended

Generally IXL were very good especially in regards to communication and coordination. However some improvements could be made with the pre-course material and course delivery.

Decent material, contradictions, poor customer service, poor exam supplier

Material was good on the whole, but inconsistent in part. Be warned you do actually need to know Prince2 in its own right before buying a Prince2 Agile certification, whatever contradictory...

We’re very sorry that you had this experience with our customer service team. Our PRINCE2 Agile e-learning course underwent a strict accreditation process with AXELOS, the organisation that owns the methodology, and therefore covers all topics within the qualification.

There are no pre-requisites for PRINCE2 Agile, as stated on our website and flyers, as well as on the AXELOS website. However, following feedback from customers that some PRINCE2 knowledge would be helpful, we have introduced a PRINCE2 overview module to be included in all PRINCE2 Agile courses going forward. And we do apologise for the experience you had with Peoplecert, however they are the sole examination institute for AXELOS, and so all exams must be taken with them.
