We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the online booking and confirmation. We note that the booking was made on 15 September 2021 and all issues were addressed and resolved by our Custo Service team on 16 September 2021. We do trust that despite the issues raised you were able to have a wonderful holiday.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and will ask for prompt attention from the appropriate department who will be in contact. We would, however, advise that there is a 24/7 emergency number on your booking confirmation which will always take precedence in the event of an in-resort issue and it is unfortunate that this was not used.
