We sincerely regret that we appear not to have met your expectations in this instance. However, as the booking was made only 24 hours prior to departure it would be impossible to confirm transfers as these can only be booked 3 days in advance. Additionally, we note that the booking was made by telephone and not online and therefore the agent would be working with 'live pricing'. The agent is one of our most experienced and we are most surprised at the comments made. We would recommend that you email our customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk on your return so that the sales calls may be accessed and the matter investigated.

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. We thank you for continuing with the booking and trust that you will have a great holiday.
