Average booking easy no follow up ie booking promised 72 hrs nothing
Well I was expecting a booking information / tickets etc within 72 hrs but nothing could someone explain that’s why I rated average booking on line was ok but feel let down

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. The extra cost was £25.00 per person based on the live prevailing rates at the time of confirmation. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I totally understand and agree that this is the process, my point is, we were never told about the difference we were never offered an alternative. All we would have appreciated at the time of the call is 'there is a difference in price due to whatever reason, is this ok'. We would have said yes but still think it would have been nice to know and be told.
