We will request a late checkout but suggest that this is also requested on check-in at the hotel. Thank you for your comments. However, this appears to be regarding the hotel and not the service offered by Holiday Gems. We sincerely regret that the accommodation standards did not meet your expectations although it has an excellent rating on review sites. We note that e received no call from resort which would have afforded us the opportunity to address the issue immediately and may have resulted in a more positive outcome, including a possible hotel change. We do hope, however, that despite the issue raised you were still able to enjoy your holiday.

We must refute that we give no information regarding in resort issue. This is clearly displayed in our Terms and Conditions and FAQs online and is reiterated on our booking documents. This is a 24/7 telephone contact and is available at any time. We regret that you did not use this facility
