I arrived back in the early hours of this morning. Previous to this, and as expected, I had NOT received any email from HoIiday Gems. I have only had an email since I posted on Trust Pilot. I suppose that they thought that I would just 'go away'. When I checked in in Cyprus the check in staff were most helpful but could do nothing about it even though the travel documents clearly stated 'Premium Economy' and seated me in economy. I await a response from Holiday Gems andf will post the outcome -good or bad. However, I would strongly urge people NOT to book online. Call first before you book the holiday. I missed a number of holidays waiting to hear from Holiday Gems and costing me a fortume on their premium call number.
