Thank you for your review. The booking was made online and there was no query on the subsequent call regarding the bed configuration. For clarity, a twin/double can have either 2 twin beds or one double. Our customer service team does not address complaints and assists, where possible, for changes or queries regarding pre travel bookings. We do hope that you will have a great holiday

Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the destination and the midterm break, late bookings may be difficult to confirm on receipt of the online order due to the rapid changes in availability and costs. Our agents will always offer the best possible option and it is then up to our clients to accept the change or decline the offer. If any aspect is not acceptable it is your right, as per our terms and conditions, to cancel the order without penalty. We do trust, that despite the issue raised you were able to have a great holiday.

We do endeavour to provide a clear description of each hotel that we feature and all information is given in good faith as provided by our suppliers. As we do not own or manage the properties which we feature, we have no influence or control over the day to day running of a hotel or any operational decisions made by the management. It is shame that you felt the food was not up to the accepted standard but usually if this is highlighted to the hotel management they will make every effort to meet your requirements. We do hope that despite the issues raised you had a great holiday and thank you for your booking.
