Thanks for spotting this. On the transfer of all the lessons to our new video platform looks like we've taken the Pro Lesson from Paul's old turtle tutorial, sorry about that. Having said that Danielle didn't have time to film the Pro Lesson as her flight back to Arizona was looming so Paul took the information and made his own Pro Lesson, which has has now been uploaded as part of the Sea Turtle course. Thanks for taking the time to offer your feedback and helping us resolve this issue :-)
I signed up for help with the business side as a completely novice business owner. As it was cake specific, the help and info on registering and EHOs etc was brilliant, along with the basic accounts...

Good but some of the cakes are too difficult for me and I would also like new recipies

In June 2018 we will be launching our new site which will see an increase in the amount of new content with a specific focus on skills, techniques and recipes. I'm sure this will help you and others who need to bridge the gaps between cakes that are too easy and those they consider too difficult. Watch this space :-)

With the regards to shortening the course, not sure if you are aware but there's a Highlights lesson with each of the courses, which refines the whole course down to between 10-15 mins of bullet points covering the key learning skills and techniques. With the Highland Coo course its Lesson 16 and lasts 11:35. Hope this helps :-)
