Συλλέγουμε ανεξάρτητα τα σχόλια για λογαριασμό των επιχειρήσεων που συνεργάζονται μαζί μας. Η πλατφόρμα μας απευθύνεται μόνο σε εξακριβωμένους αγοραστές, ώστε να είστε σίγουροι ότι διαβάζετε κριτικές από πραγματικούς πελάτες.

Ποιος μπορεί να αφήσει μια κριτική στη Feefo;

Μόνο οι πελάτες με απόδειξη αγοράς μπορούν να αφήσουν μια κριτική στη Feefo. Το εξασφαλίζουμε αυτό επικοινωνώντας με τους αγοραστές αμέσως μετά τη συναλλαγή τους.

Πώς επαληθεύουμε τις κριτικές;

Ελέγχουμε αν οι κριτικές προέρχονται από πραγματικούς πελάτες, αντιστοιχίζοντάς τες με μια πώληση ή συναλλαγή. Οι πελάτες καλούνται να αφήσουν μια κριτική μόνο αφού αγοράσουν από την επιχείρηση.

Πώς αντιμετωπίζουμε τις ψεύτικες κριτικές;

Η Feefo αποτρέπει τους χρήστες από την υποβολή ψεύτικων κριτικών, καθώς καλούμε μόνο εξακριβωμένους αγοραστές να υποβάλουν σχόλια.

We have 85 feature length floral tutorials and seek to add a new one every 4 weeks with other cake decorating techniques and skill sets making up the balance in between. We do our best to balance things up, but please contact david@cakeflix.com if there is a specific design that you are looking for as we always do our best to accommodate member requests. We have a scheduling meeting once a month so I will ensure that this gets fed back to that meeting. Thanks for giving the opportunity to improve.
