Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of my claim processing
Very quick and efficient. The only comment I would make would be I had to call to get any update, no one called me to tell me my claim was progressing and had been valued etc.

30k claim. Less than 4k payout due to clauses from every excuse.
Very poor when making a genuine claim. Almost every option wasn't conviently covered. So had to go as four seperate claims under accidental Damage. There costs didn't even cover a quarter of...

Good insurance company
The insurance company was very good it was Crawford's that were totally disorganised and every time I contacted them no one had any idea of what was going on
