I used promotion code and shopping bag showed I can get a free gift(Taurus Bracelet) but I haven't received that. I think it is an man made error caused by a member of your staff

Astrid & Miyu did the full refund of the £400 to me although the parcel did not been found, as well as a gift card as apology token. Helpful customer service, always quick response, and communicate effectively, will shop again.

Had to wait for a couple of months as the design was out of stock. However, delivery was prompt post notification of availability.
