Whilst we appreciate your comments regarding this matter, we have endeavoured to explain the purpose of their role and the requirement to sign the credit agreement. Your comments have been taken on board and will be considered when changes are applied to the customer application journey. Good morning Miss SimpkinWe are very sorry to read this review and totally understand your disappointment with this situation. Unfortunately, our system incorrectly stated an annual premium that did not match the monthly instalments and it is the annual premium that Premium Credit Ltd set up the credit agreement from.We did refer this to IT for further investigation, and I note that the customer advisor you spoke with did rectify the problem for you as soon as you contacted us. Your annual premium was adjusted with Premium Credit Ltd and your remaining instalments payable reduced further so that the overall collected premium will still be correct at the end of the policy period.Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for this error and I trust that the matter has now been resolved for you.
