Unfortunately, our claims team have been extremely busy throughout the past 6 months, and this has delayed the usual period for claim assessment.We understand that you were advised on 5 October when your claim form had just been received, of the timescales for claim assessment and our claims team have confirmed that the assessment was finalised and settlement paid on 8 November 2021.We have increased our claims team and some new staff are still within their training periods. We understand that with the additional staff that the claims process will begin to catch up and timescales should revert back to our previous range of up to 10 working days.We are pleased to note that your claim was approved, and settlement paid and we most importantly we hope that your pet has made a full recovery.
