We aim to provide as much transparency as possible regarding updates on loans with repayments that are overdue, in arrears or at loss status. There may however, be times where we only have limited information to update. Please be aware that investors will only receive updates for loans that they have investments in. Our experience has shown that the recoveries process can unfortunately take some time to progress, particularly if there are courts involvement, but rest assured we continue to pursue all avenues to conclusion. In terms of the point regarding questions by lenders on loans, we do actively encourage borrowers to respond to such queries and we monitor those unanswered.
