When it comes to delivery, it is important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services. We understand that this could be quite annoying for small orders, but the delivery companies that we use do not base their prices on the weight or size of order, therefore we don’t either. I am afraid that we are also unable to post with Royal Mail as we are already contracted with delivery service companies DX and DHL. On another note, we are glad that you mentioned that you have previously found us to have good service, as we pride ourselves on being an efficient and friendly team to work with.
