Thank you Andrew for your honest review. As a family run company, we welcome all feedback as it enables us to look at, and review the suppliers we use and services we provide. We have noted your comments on the hotel - thank you for highlighting the issues regarding décor and maintenance. We have used this hotel for a number of years, without any negative feedback. However, in the future, we will look at other hotel options before recommending this specific hotel to our customers. Regarding your comments on the bikes. We do state in our T&C's that if you are unhappy with any element of your holiday, we recommend you address the issue with the supplier in resort (or you could have contacted me direct.) It then gives them and us the opportunity to resolve any issues; in this case, we would have been more than happy to change your bikes. That said, we have discussed at length your comments, and as a result we have changed bike hire company. We will also offer different bike spec options to our customers - including the ones you referred to (which were more expensive). This will give the customer the option to upgrade to a higher spec, should they choose. On a positive note, Mick thoroughly enjoyed riding with you again, and we hope you both enjoyed the cycling too, despite the issues you have raised - from the photographs I saw, this certainly did look the case.
