Thanks for the review and I apologise that you have not experienced the high level of customer service we provide at Caunce O'Hara.
I understand your call went to renewals and they immediately transferred you to new business but, as you say, you hung up. We called straight back and then looked into a discount for you, and unfortunately you had hung up. I believe we then called again and explained we had to briefly place you on hold to get the information/transfer a call and I apologise you felt this was not dealt with as speedily as you would have liked.

I spoke to Nigel who was very helpful, efficient, and quick to respond to my emails.
