Wouldnt deal with again after getting a call moaning about not adding the extra delivery guy and if you scratch it you wont be able to claim as we take photos after unpacking it outside and leaving...

We do suggest a 2 man delivery on appliances over 60cm wide, as the fridge freezer you ordered is 70cm wide - this is for the safety of our drivers and to help protect the appliance and customers property - I'm very sorry if you were not happy with the phone cal you received to explain this.
We do offer a door step delivery for customers not wishing to pay the additional amount - again for safety we do take pictures just so we can confirm you appliance was delivered in perfect condition.
