In store staff very knoledgeable and helpful but allowed browsing time rather than pouncing. Deliveryman was amiable and diligent in ensuring packaging removal.

Super efficient service. They had the microwave/oven in stock and were able to delver (free!) the next morning -- and at an amazing price, c£100 less than any other supplier.
