Suggesting I had made a purchase was incorrect. I have following our agreed sale dealt with Chloe who has been most helpful I have no problem with her attitude or her ability but this was after a sale price was agreed.
Prior to this actions were agreed but didn't happen, I asked not to be contacted on the day of my mother's funeral my request was not heeded and received a call whilst waiting for the funeral car as I took my phone from my bag to switch it off.
At the outset of putting this property on the market I felt your negotiator was not working in my sister's and my best interest when the property had not been advertised but they were pushing for us to sell and settle it all in 6 wks I was in France and couldn't action clearance of the land etc.
In conclusion I despared, and realised our mistake. I had a similar experience in 1982/3 with Andrew Grant and hoped by 2019 they could now have better customer care. How wrong I was. My whole experience was extremely poor

As you may know our company went through significant change recently and unfortunately it appears that you didn't experience a seamless transition in the service provided. Always helpful, polite and positive. I would highly recommend them.
They always kept me in the loop, Justin and Chloe, especially were very helpful with any concerns. There were several difficult problems but they always remained positive and helpful.
