We are so sorry to hear of the failing of our team on this occasion. We are so glad to hear that our Sales Progression team provided exceptional service - as they always do. And can only apologise for any perceived lack of attention to detail in marketing, as part of our standard protocol a brochure cannot be made live without the buyers written approval. We are sorry to hear that you did not experience our usual high standards of service and technical issues with the property tracker that were not responded to. Our team take feedback like this very seriously and we will investigate.
It is however not standard practice for estate agents to get involved with utilities and meter readings so we apologise for any misunderstanding caused by this.

We are sorry to read this - our Malvern office was closed last September. At Andrew Grant the most important thing about us is our clients…and no matter where we are when our clients need to see us we visit them, not the other way around.
