Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Thank you for posting your review about the service you have received from us at Wendy Wu during your booking experience. We are very pleased to hear that the helpfulness of our staff was one reason which led you to book with us as we pride ourselves on our high customer service level. We do have switch board options if you do not have the direct dial of the member of staff you wish to speak to, these options are designed to ensure you are connected to the right person relating to the reason for your call. We can appreciate however, that at times we experience a high volume of calls which can result in slightly longer waiting times. This is one of the reasons we are pleased to now have a Freephone number so you will not be charged for calls to our office regardless of call duration. Please feel free to call on our new Freephone number for any future queries. 0800 630 0888 Kind regards, Junior.
