Our on-time dispatch rate is 99%, however due to a particularly busy payday we unfortunately could not meet this promise for this order. We are really sorry that we have let you down, and the high expectations that you rightly have as a customer. This is something we are making considerable investments to improve for all future orders, as we do understand this is far from acceptable. We can see that your order was put through minutes before 3pm and unfortunately was not updated onto our dispatch system until just after the hour. We would advise for future orders to place it a little earlier so that we can uphold our Same Day Dispatch promise. We are more than happy to refund the cost of the express shipping as it now will be arriving on Saturday.

Hello Kenneth, I can see we are already looking into this for you! I'm afraid we must wait until it's been 14 days from the original order date until we can report the parcel as missing with Royal Mail and look to get a replacement sent out. Unfortunately, you did not choose tracked delivery with the original order - but we do send out all replacement orders for missing parcels with 'tracked' delivery to ensure the same thing does not happen again. Please reply to your open ticket in your own time so we can get this sorted out for you ASAP!
