Very lengthy delivery times

Absolutely took an age for this order to arrive. I didn’t originally notice that it said 10 days, but it took longer. I love the works products but won’t shop online again.

Absolutely awful still waiting on my order and have tried to call the works hung on for 45 minutes both times cut off . These books and activities were for a playgroup and we do not have another....

Wrong information.

I ordered large amount of goods and over several weeks had messages to say some were out of stock The order took weeks and eventually I was given the option to cancel, which I did and bought items...
