Thank you for your feedback. 💗We are so sorry to hear your disappointment in our Ofsted registered Holiday Camp. As we are living in unprecedented times, our lovely Holiday Camp Manager unfortunately contracted COVID -19. Because of this, our amazing team focused on keeping everyone safe and happy as possible on our first day. However we can see that for the remainder of the week, there were many pictures uploaded onto our online gallery alongside our Daily 6pm Newsletter that we can see that you received every evening. The reason that you did not see any pictures of your child was because you had chosen photo consent NO on our enrolment form upon booking with us. We take safeguarding and child protection very seriously. If you'd like to change photo consent to YES, we ask parents to simply contact us and we can inform our teams. Our Holiday Camps are very popular however we always have a limit on numbers. Your specific Holiday Camp had 5 team members working - all fully trained childcare practitioners who LOVE to inspire children. Let us assure you that we have operated our Ofsted-registered Holiday Camps throughout COVID-19 as safe as possible and are so proud of what we have offered children and families. We are truly passionate about what we do and that's offering only the very best in childcare and music. Thank you for your positive feedback. 💗We do not allow children to watch screens at our Holiday Camps but children may watch something short about one of our carefully-created workshop themes.We will mention to our violin teacher regarding using the bow. We can imagine this was due to risk assessment with the number of smaller children however we do agree that everyone should be able to try out the bow in our morning "Learn Together, Play Together" sessions. We do hope your child got to trial out the bow at home when they got to take the violin home though?We look forward to seeing you again soon.
