Hi there, we are really happy that your son loves The Phoenix but very sorry to hear that some of your issues have not arrived. The Phoenix is posted at the same time each week and is delivered by Royal Mail. A small number of customers are sometimes impacted by postal issues and of course the recent strikes also caused delivery delays. We will contact you directly to resolve this and ensure your son is not missing any comics.
