Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Hi there, we are really happy that your son loves The Phoenix but very sorry to hear that some of your issues have not arrived. The Phoenix is posted at the same time each week and is delivered by Royal Mail. A small number of customers are sometimes impacted by postal issues and of course the recent strikes also caused delivery delays.
