Lowest price but you have to do all the leg-work yourself...

Fix website problems (e.g., couldn't complete the purchase online). Explain in advance that payment is authorised and then taken many days later, etc.

Hello, we're really sorry to learn of the difficulties you've experienced when trying to complete purchase online. We aren't aware of any issues on our end. We've just done a test and everything is running smoothly.

We aim to collect a card payment within 5-7 working days which is standard across the industry, similarly, a direct debit will collect within 10 working days once the policy has been set up.

Great customer service, not great being emailed just after midnight!

The customer service over the telephone was excellent, but being sent an email just after midnight was not great as it woke me up!
