We bought the anti gravity garden chairs and the arrived on time and in good order. We have tried them out already and they are excellent, well worth the money we paid.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry there was an issue with delivery of your item.
I have spoken with my colleagues who have advised that your original parcel was lost by the courier, DPD, and they opened a search within their network. As this can take up to 10 days rather than you having to wait we sent out a replacement item, which was received by yourself the following day. Unfortunately once a parcel has left our warehouse it is out of our control, however once it was highlighted that there was an issue we worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear you thought our delivery was a little slow, as advised on our delivery page we aim to have all orders delivered within 3-5 working days (this excludes made to measure and special order items). If we are unable to deliver within this timescale we will advise our customers as soon as we become aware, however in this instance I believe you order was delivered within the stated timescale.
