We are sorry that you received the wrong item and apologised to you for the error and arranged with you a convenient day that you were available for redelivery of the item and collect the one you had. We offered you the option of doing this to your work address or the address of a relative so that you did not have to wait for the item but this was not an option you wanted to take. The delay in getting back to you was due to waiting for the courier company to get back to us as to the whereabouts of your parcel and we told you as soon as we knew we would phone you. Your parcel left us on time to be delivered to you on the arranged day, it was just unfortunate that your parcel was delayed by DPD as they missed routing it on the delivery round, which is not a normal service for DPD but sometimes this can happen. We did offer you a reimbursement of your delivery charge as an apology for the delay in your delivery which was issued to you after you spoke to the manager and an email confirmation was sent to you. We have raised the issues with our warehouse and DPD.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately on occasion we will have to order an item in from our supplier, we ensure when this happens we keep our customers advised at each stage so they are aware when their order will arrive.
