We are truly sorry if the work next door hampered your holiday with us in anyway, please be assured this was not intended and was in no way meant to disrupt your holiday, but to develop and enhance our existing product. We do hope that despite your initial disappointment, you very much enjoyed all others aspects of your stay and were able to return home with some wonderful memories. Wonderful

Fantastic resort. 90% of staff extremely attentive. Would have liked to have tasted authentic jerk chicken at the resort and Wray and Nephew rum - that would be my only criticism.

We are happy to read that you enjoyed the majority of your stay with and we regret that the children's organised activities were not as you expected. Not a couples resort ! More like club 18-30 !

Butler service was good, service in restaurants good, Would not describe the resort as a romantic couples destination though ! Quiet pool invaded by people playing volleyball every afternoon, large...

We do understand and appreciate that not all of our resorts will suit all our guests and while the majority of our guests do have an enjoyable time at Sandals Grande Antigua, we do realise that every guest is unique and each experience will be different.
