It is particularly pleasing to know that your Cruise Director was so helpful and accommodating, helping to make your holiday such a positive experience. We also note your comments regarding the mooring arrangements. Double and triple mooring is a common feature of river cruising on the Douro, where available docking space can be limited. While we appreciate that this can sometimes affect the views from your cabin, these arrangements are managed by the river authorities and help ensure vessels can berth safely and efficiently. We are pleased that this was only a minor inconvenience within an otherwise excellent holiday and that your overall experience was such an enjoyable one.
